when asked what my favorite Bible verse is, proverbs 3:5 would be my answer. "trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding." i love this verse because it applies to my life in almost anything i do. i have this verse on my wall so every time i walk in my room, i am able to see it. it's the first thing i see when i wake up, and the last thing i see before going to bed. i have such i problem "not leaning on my understanding", so i always try to remember this verse.
when dealing with difficult situations, i always look at this verse and i entrust my worries to God. proverbs is my favorite book of the Bible, and when you need something to do, you feel alone, need advice, etc. this is a great book to read. i love how it is filled with a bunch of wise quotes. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding".

Great verse! I love that you have it on your wall. I have trouble with that same thing - not leaning on my own understanding.
