This is one of the funniest Christmas songs. We all know there are some people out there who think "Christmas" is offensive. Well, Brad Paisley took it a bit further and added a bunch of other Christmas songs that should also be banned if the word "Christmas" is. For instance, "Little Drummer Boy" offends short people and real musicians.

This has never really been one of my favorite Christmas songs, but recently I heard Andrea Bocelli's version, and loved it!

This song was written by Steven Curtis Chapman. As most of you know, Steven Curtis Chapman is an adoption advocate (as am I). So, of course he wrote a song advocating adoption. This song is about a boy asking just for a family for Christmas.

Specialty Song:

If you've seen the movie How The Grinch Stole Christmas, you know that this song was written for that movie. About how the grinch hated Christmas, but then at the end of the movie (spoiler alert!), how he found it again in the hearts of the townspeople of Whoville. 

 

This song can relate to a lot of people though. How they forget about family, Jesus, the joy, etc. of Christmas because they are so stressed about the other things. They lose sight of the true Christmas. But when you hear this song, and really listen to the lyrics, you realize that Christmas really can be the "most wonderful time of the year." Once you figure out what's important to you; once you figure out one really great thing about Christmas, you realize,

"Christmas is so much more!"
